Mary Pope Osborne - She writes a series of books called The Magic Treehouse. Her family was in the military, which led to moving around a lot as a child…over 7 places by the time she was 15! That really fostered her love of traveling. As an adult, she found herself in some interesting situations in her travels like camping in a cave and being caught in an earthquake!.

  • May 1 - Fulton Drive By Parade @10:00 am (see Facebook for directions)

  • May 2 – Harry Potter Day

  • First Saturday – National Comic Book Day

  • May 5 – National Cartoonists Day

  • May 8 - Last packet pick-up 11am-1pm and 4-6pm. Work will cover through the end of the school year.

  • May 9 – Peter Pan Day

  • Second Week – Reading is Fun Week

  • May 12 – National Limerick Day

  • May 18 - 3rd grade belonging pick up 8 am - 4 pm

  • May 19 - 4th grade belonging pick up 8 am - 4 pm

  • May 20 - 5th grade belonging pick up 8 am - 4 pm

  • May 21 - Device drop-off for all students that borrowed a school device and/or hot spot 2 pm - 6 pm

  • May 22 - ALL DAY: Device drop-off. Last day of school

  • May 31 – National Speak in Complete Sentences Day
